1. Where is Mang Den?
Mang Den is the district town of Kon Plong district, Kon Tum province. The name of the town originates from the T'mang Deeng name of the Mơ Nam people, meaning flat and spacious land.

Situated at an altitude of over 1,200 meters, Mang Den lies between Mang Den Pass and Violăk Pass on National Highway 24. It is 50 km away from Kon Tum City and over 100 km away from Quang Ngai City. The climate is temperate, with cool temperatures averaging from 16-20 degrees Celsius year-round.

2. How to get to Mang Den.
There are three ways to travel to Mang Den: by plane, by bus, or by exploring on a motorbike, all of which are quite exciting.

- BY PLANE
You can depart from major cities like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and arrive at Pleiku - Gia Lai Airport. The distance from the airport to Mang Den is 100 km. From there, you can travel to Mang Den by taxi, bus, or shuttle service.

- BY TAXI
Upon exiting the airport terminal, you'll see many taxis waiting outside. Prices range from 1 to 1.2 million VND. Alternatively, you can join a group on the Mang Den Group to share the cost. The travel time from the airport to Mang Den is about 2 hours.

- SHUTTLE SERVICE.

To get to Mang Den, you need to take two buses.

- Bus No. 02 travels from Pleiku City to Kon Tum City.

Note: Since buses stop to pick up passengers and cargo along the way, the travel time from the airport to Mang Den takes more than 3 hours depending on loading and unloading.

In my opinion, if you're tired from flying, taking a taxi or booking a shuttle service is healthier and saves time.^^
